This build began as a Ram Promaster full-size van with an unfinished interior. We ran electrical inside the walls, then built the walls out with insulation and wood just as we would with a stepvan. Because they won't be doing any cooking in the vehicle, the customers chose to go with FRP (fiberglass resin panels) for the interior walls. We fit two serving windows, an enclosed generator, a cooler, three-bay and handwash sinks, a popcorn machine and storage racks for popcorn tubs into this small space. One interior counter is removable so that the side sliding door can still be used.
